About ProjectUS, Concern Worldwide, Future Proof Food Services Cafe Conversation

The aim of this seminar is to bring together chefs and industry suppliers to focus on actions the industry can take towards increased sustainability within the foodservice sector.

The event will highlight the demands of the industry to make the sector more sustainable and environmentally friendly via practical examples and case studies, exploring how suppliers can support these aims and showcase existing products and services that support industry sustainability.

This event will focus on the following core themes:

•Sustainable Sourcing

•Tackling Waste – Food & Packaging

•Achieving Efficiencies

Key outcomes will be raised awareness among chefs and suppliers on reducing environmental impacts, practical examples of how to achieve this and a directory of products and services that can assist.

STRUCTURE/BREAKDOWN OF EVENT:

•Seminar: Presentations, Panel Discussion, Q&A

•Supplier Showcase: Networking, Food & Drink

Running time of this event is 3 hours (with a break)

Runtime: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

3:30pm - Arrival, Registration with Tea & Coffee

4:00pm - Seminar

5:30pm - Supplier Showcase with Food & Drink Reception

PLEASE ARRIVE BY 3:30pm to register.

All attendees are required to fill out registration form and sign-in.

You will also be asked to complete a short evaluation sheet after the training.

Both Trainee registration sheets and evaluations are required in order to avail of the subsidised funding.
