The Global Day to #Act4SDGs mobilises multi-stakeholders and connects and amplifies the impact of local and global actions for the SDGs, encouraging a global movement for the achievement of SDGs. If you are interested in taking actions to advocate for or call attention to the SDGs kindly get in touch @ tola.winjobi@cscsdev.org +2348030618326  or visit http://act4sdgs.org/about-act4sdgs  The thrust of our action at the national level was to push for the Water Bill which is now before the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We are in discussions with some major stakeholders such as WaterAid Nigeria, Nigeria Integrated Water Resources Management Commission (NIWRMC) with the support of WATSAN members so that we could have a roundtable on the way forward on it. Highlights of the event include: Key note address by Country Director WaterAid, Dr ChiChi Aniagolu-Okoye Import and challenges of the Water Bill and way forward, Dr Idris Muslim, WASH Expert/Board member CSCSD. Presentation of a CSO position paper by Dr Tola Winjobi, National Coordinator CSCSD Report of CSCSD members across the zones.
