#Peace2030: Week for Peace in the ENMS Celaya Sauz

Make a painting, drawing or murals, allusive to this day. From the week of September 17 to September 21 in the ENMS Celaya Sauz will be a ribbon commemorating Peace. In addition to commemorating the 2017 earthquakes in the Mexican Republic and joining SDG 16, we will wear white clothes in memory of our affected compatriots.

Description: Do you know how to reduce the impact of climate change? Do not use your auto for a few days or share your trip with someone! Organize a reforestation in your community! Challenge yourself to take simple actions in favor of our planet, meet with local authorities and discuss what can be done do to mitigate the effects of climate change. The University of Guanajuato, concerned about climate change makes important alliances with state and federal institutions to implement inside and outside its arboretum educational headquarters. A space of green areas where spices of native trees of the region are placed that serve to mitigate climate change and as a cross-cutting space for education.

About MY World Mexico 16

Established at the beginning of 2016, MY World Mexico is an initiative of the Action Campaign for Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) of the United Nations that seeks the mobilization of organizations and individuals in favor of implementation, monitoring, financing, monitoring, socialization and evaluation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the SDGs in Mexico through strengthening the participation and accountability mechanisms of the SDGs through the generation and collection of data and evidence, particularly from the United Nations Global Survey for a Better World MY World 2030. The initiative is composed by Civil Society Organizations (CSO), the academy, the private sector, the public sector, social movements and interested volunteers.
