Promoting Gender Equality through girls empowerment.

About Paulina Mwindor

Paulina Mwindor is an undergraduate student of the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. She is self-motivated and passionate about empowering young girls from every background most especially those in rural communities. She is driven by her passion to create an initiative called the 'Bright Girl Initiative' and this initiative aims at promoting Gender Equality through Mentorship and practical work sessions for girls in high schools.

She plans to continue her work in Gender Equality with the focus on advocacy for women's right and equal opportunities.
