About Afrika Speaks /Tact Youth Association

Tact Youth Association is a Youth Organization for young people with great talents. What we do is we put homogeneous talents together and they will start working on various projects thereby helping to alleviate poverty, hunger and unemployment.

Tact Youth Association was formed in 1998 after we realized that they is great missing link. A good example is, In 2002 the then Minister of Education Minister Chigwedere, announced that, 320 000 students who wrote their ordinary levels. Out of the 320 000 students, 250 000 failed and only 70 000 passed. The question is, where did the 250 000 students went after the educational school system relegated them. Using that trend, from 2002 to 2018, over 5 000 000 students wrote the exams. It means the majority have talents that are not being utilized.
