The Sustainable Development Goals are the world’s #globalgoals for a better tomorrow. In September 2015, 193 world leaders agreed to 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. On September 25th Global Girl Power Foundation is taking action and in a partnership with MUSTANG JUSTICE team at L.A Matheson Secondary School, we aim to raise awareness on all global goals and discuss the role we play to bring change.  The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit – British Columbia  will be speaking to students about promoting goal #16 for justice and peace by delivering a workshop and talk on Ending Gang Violence in the local community.  We are encouraging our local youth to make a pledge and take minimum one action step and #Act4SDGs

Global Girl Power is global movement committed to the empowerment of women, girls and youth through leadership training, mentorship. To create awareness of Female Feticide and infanticide to promote equality and end gender-based violence.

To collaborate with other like-minded organizations and groups to raise funding for local and global projects of social uplift.

Inspire youth to be leaders who respect, protect and understand women's rights.
