Why should Central/ State Government join hands with the IPC India?
The courts are the final doors for a civilian. In any case or conflict, he first approaches the nearby police station for the FIR. A smart and morally sound policeman may resolve the conflict at the initial stage if he wants to but it does not happen in reality and the long chain of case processing starts from here and final burden is borne by the judicial system.
If we cure the root cause of the problem then it would result only a permanent solution and the solution lies in the sound police personnel training as well as awareness campaign in order to make police public friendly and hence we can make crime-free prosperous incredible India.
Training should touch two main areas that are latest technologically sound equipments and the unshakable confidence in the police personnel to use those equipments confidently and appropriately. Patriotism like defence forces in the police personnel is also a need of the hour.
The IPC India is the best platform for the same and is ever ready to serve our nation first. The hard working team of the IPC India is always at the disposal of our nation. It would be an honour for us if we could help ministry of the central/ state governments to lessen the burden as much as we can by using our means and help our honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji to fulfil his goals within short span of time.
As per Mission and Mandate of the IPC India, it also serves the following subject which also falls within the List III - Concurrent List of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of India:
(i) Scheduled Castes;
(ii) Socially and Educationally Backward Classes;
(iii) Denotified Tribes;
(iv) Economically Backward Classes; and
(v) Senior Citizens.
Rather than criticizing or making an issue of terrorism, we all have to do something against this problem with mutual cooperation and support. We cannot relate terrorism with any religion because no religion in the world gives the permission to kill the innocent people. We should find out the root causes of the problem. So many youth is getting attached towards the terrorist organizations, which is really a dangerous sign for the world. So by providing good education, proper guidelines and ethnic values, we can step forward to eradicate this problem from the society.
