JICA takes actions! Participating in the Tokyo 2020 Medal Project by recycling used mobile phones!

The Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020 are aimed to contribute to the realization of SDGs. JICA supports the Tokyo 2020 Medal Project that is an exercise in citizen participation to manufacture the medals for use at Tokyo 2020 by using scrap metals from consumer electronics such as used mobile phones. Participating in Global Festa Japan 2018

  “GLOBAL FESTA JAPAN 2018” is the largest international cooperation event in Japan. This event will be held on 29th and 30th September 2018 in ODAIBA, Tokyo. JICA is the one of the organizing partners of the event and is going to introduce SDGs exhibitions, small lectures and participatory workshops.
