#LetsDoItWorld began in Estonia in 2008 when 50,000 people came together to clean up the entire country in just five hours. World Clean Up Day celebrated the Global Week to #Act4SDGs through its World Cleanup Day campaign – the largest single peacetime civic action in human history. In 2020, they encouraged people to Clean up with a small group of friends or family or participate digitally by deleting digital waste from their electronic devices.
